    全省各地平均气温介于11.0～14.2℃，总的分布特点是：南部高于北部，西部高
于东部，内陆高于沿海，平原高于山区。
    全省有一个高温区和两个低温区。高温区位于本省西半部，包括鲁西北、鲁西南
、鲁南平原地区及鲁中山地西和西北部，年平均气温均在13.0℃以上，其中济南最高
为14.2℃；低温区一个在黄河口附近，一个在半岛地区，年均温均在12.0℃以下，其
中以半岛东部的文登为最低，年均温仅11.0℃；其余地区在12.0～13.0℃之间(表2-
4)。全省年平均气温分布状况见图2-1。
