    以汶河、泗河中下游及白马河冲积平原为主体。该区属山前平原，土层厚，土质
好，以褐土和潮土为主，并有丰富的优质地下水。区内热量资源丰富，水分条件适中
。≥10℃积温4400～4600℃，年均温13.0～14.0℃，利于一年麦、杂或麦、稻两熟。
年雨量为700～750毫米，因地下水丰富，且靠近运河、湖带，故尚可满足农业生产所
需。该区为全省粮食、大麻、蔬菜等的重要产区。今后应加强农田林网建设，改善农
业生态环境，注意运河湖区沿线的防涝，在沿湖地带因水而异地发展稻麦两熟制。
