    风沙土主要分布在德州、聊城、菏泽、惠民等地区的黄河决口扇形地与古河道上
，此外烟台、威海等市沿海地带也有分布，面积约有83.10万亩，约占全省土壤总面
积的0.45％。风沙土所分布的地貌多为砂质垄岗，地势较高，地下水埋深3～4米以上
，自然植被多为沙生植被，母质为沙质堆积物。
    风沙土形成的特点，主要是成土过程微弱，而且不稳定，经常受风蚀与沙压干扰
。剖面无发育或发育不明显，通体为松沙或紧沙，有机质含量很低。
