　　农机技术培训服务，是农民教育的一个组成部分。它直接影响到农业生产力的
提高和农村经济的发展，决定着农业现代化进程。因此，在发展农业机械化的同时，
山东就非常重视农民技术培训和岗位成人教育。经过30多年努力，建成了遍及全省
的培训基地，培训了近200万人(次)适合农村经济发展需要的农机技术人才，培养
了一批技术骨干，提高了他们的科学文化和管理水平，有效地促进和推动了农村商
品经济和农业机械化事业的发展。
