　　山东电网虽然结构较强，但也有薄弱环节。调度部门历年都制定低周解列、切
机、切负荷及备用电源自投等保安措施。
　　青岛、烟台、潍坊等受端系统，为防止联络线掉闸而把地区的电源压垮，都装
设低周解列保护装置。通过电磁环网从系统受电的地区，为防止220千伏元件掉闸
而使110千伏系统严重过载，都设置切负荷装置。为防止电厂一回线故障掉闸而导
致其余出线过载或危及电厂安全稳定运行时，都设置切机保护装置。
