　　1949年有3．3千伏配电线路2条15公里，向市区供电。　1960年新电厂建成，
出6．3千伏直配线向纺织厂供电，并将3．3千伏升压6千伏运行。　1972年110千伏
德州变电站投运，开始对6千伏配电系统升压改造，至1979年，运河以东全部升至
10千伏运行。
　　1985年底，全市有6千伏以上高压配电线路13条74．8公里，其中10千伏线路10
条60．3公里，6千伏线路3条14．5公里；配电变压器31台，总容量5060千伏安。
