　　山东电业历年来发生的送电事故多为雷害瓷瓶污闪、倒杆断线、
外力损坏、鸟害和树枝碰线接地、暴风冰凌、用户过失及检修延迟送电等；变电事
故多为运行误操作、检修过失、继电保护三误（误碰、误动、误接线）、自然灾害
及小动物造成的接地短路等；重伤、死亡事故，主要原因是触电、高空摔落等。
