　　职工2176人，设17个科室，拥有21个钻井队、18个后勤生产辅助单位，固定资
产9443万元。主要担负胜利油田浅井、中深井、定向井、丛式井等钻井施工任务。
公司注重依靠科技进步求发展，积极开展探井技术、定向井技术、取芯技术、泥浆
技术及保护和发现油气层技术等方面的科技攻关，全面推行高压喷射钻井等新工艺
和新技术，有效地加快了钻井速度，增强了多功能钻井能力，特别是中深井施工效
果更为显著。1995年共完成3000米以上井15口，平均井深3253米，平均钻井周期29
天2小时，建井周期46天7小时，平均机械钻速12.83米/时。
