　　1988年建成，1989年4月正式开疗，主要接待全国石油系统的职工疗养。1995
年底，有职工165人，其中医务人员23人。设1个医疗科室和1个疗区。共有医疗设
备32台，床位390张，固定资产原值3000万元。该院坚持“优质服务”，疗养服务、
生活服务、医疗服务、接待服务等各项工作水平不断提高。到1995年，共接待疗养
员2万余人月。该院1991～1995年被中国石油化工医药工会全国委员会评为“全国
石油企业双文明疗养院”。
