　　成立于1980年，主要负责接受胜利油田及全国石油化工系统的职工疗养。1995
年底，有职工270人，其中医务人员121人。设2个医疗科室及4个疗区。共有医疗设
备396台，床位350张，固定资产原值2584万元。该院成立以来，坚持走病疗办院之
路，先后开办了理疗、体疗、中西医治疗等项目10项，疗养规模、治疗效果不断提
高。到1995年，共接待疗养员5.2万人月。该院1987～1993年被中国石油化工医药
工会全国委员会评为“全国石油企业双文明疗养院”。
