　　1985年，胜利油田成立妇幼保健院，健全完善了三级妇幼保健网。坚持以防治
宫颈癌、乳腺癌为重点搞好妇女病普查，1991～1995年累计普查近22万人次。认真
落实儿童保健措施，“八五”期间年均为儿童查体2万人次。加快了产科制度改革，
母婴同室率达到80％以上，4～6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养率达72％。1994年9月，胜利
油田妇幼保健院被世界卫生组织、联合国儿童基金会和国家卫生部授予“爱婴医院”
称号，1995年又有7家医院获此称号。
