　　1964年会战初期，华北石油勘探会战总指挥部设立财务处，担负着会战的全部
财务核算任务。随后二级单位都相继成立了财务科，三级单位成立了财务组，全油
田形成了健全的财会工作网络。到1995年底，全油田共有二级财务科63个、三级财
务组578个，共有财会人员5673人。
