　　1964～1968年，油田的计划管理由九二三厂下设的计划处负责，各指挥部、厂、
处设计划科(组)，大队、矿设专职计划、统计员。1968～1972年，计划处改为生产
指挥部计划组。1972年胜利油田会战指挥部成立以后，恢复了计划处和原来的计划
系统，负责全油田计划管理。
