　　昌潍坳陷位于潍坊市的昌邑、寿光、青州、昌乐等县(市)。区域构造上东部以
昌邑-大店断裂与鲁东隆起分隔，南部东段以断裂与汞丹山凸起为邻，南部西段为
鲁西隆起的北倾部分；西北部与济阳坳陷的东营凹陷相邻，北部以广南断裂、古城
-潍河等断层与昌北凸起和广饶凸起为界。坳陷区内包括潍北、侯镇、牛头镇、潍
坊、朱鹿、昌乐6个凹陷和潍县、朱留店、寿光3个凸起，总面积为4420平方千米，
其中凹陷面积3410平方千米。勘探工作主要在潍北凹陷中进行。
