　　1956年4月，石油工业部西安地质调查处华北石油钻探大队在河北省南宫县明
化镇成立。1958年5月，改称华北石油勘探大队，机关迁往济南。
　　1958年6月，石油工业部撤销华北石油勘探大队，成立华北石油勘探处，负责
华北地区的石油地质勘探工作。靳耀华任处长。1959年4月，中共华北石油勘探处
委员会成立，孙竹任书记，靳耀华、高文会任副书记。
