　　1973～1985年，胜利油田先后成立了胜利油田技术学校(1979年更名为胜利石
油学校)、卫生学校、师范学校、师范专科学校和体育运动学校。油田普通大中专
教育体系逐步健全，学校管理水平、教育质量稳步提高。胜利石油学校1986年和
1991年连续两次获中国石油天然气总公司“石油教育先进集体”称号，1993年被评
为全国能源系统职业技术教育先进学校，1994年被评为全国重点中专。胜利油田卫
生学校1993年被评为全国能源系统职业技术教育先进单位和山东省重点中专。
