　　1981年，经山东省教育厅批准建立了胜利油田教师进修学院，1983年更名为胜
利油田教育学院。主要任务是对在职初中、小学、幼儿教师进行培训，同时为满足
油田师资要求承担了社会招生任务，设5个专业。1985年起开始函授招生。1990年
后，逐步从以学历教育为主转向以岗位培训和继续教育为主，采取大中专函授、岗
位培训、卫星电视“师专”、音像本科等多层次、多形式办学。自建校至1995年底，
该学院共培养毕业生689人，短期师训17548人次。
