　　1968年，胜利油田的原油通过青岛港的3号码头，用油轮转运到上海华东电管
局。1972年，又通过青岛港1号码头，用油轮运到南京、上海、茂名等炼油厂。黄
岛油库及其港口是胜利油田原油外运的主要出口地，1974年9月一期工程投产，有2
个泊位，东泊位可停靠5万吨级的油轮，西泊位可停靠2万吨级的油轮，装船能力
1500万吨/年。1992年12月，黄岛码头二期工程投产，可以停靠20万吨级油轮。胜
利油田的原油，通过黄岛码头，运往南方炼厂、沿江炼厂及其它用户，并组织出口。
