　　1991～1995年，胜利油田推广应用了螺杆泵采油技术。1991年推广50口井，增
产原油45000吨。1994年在埕岛油田两口井应用，日产量分别达65吨和28吨。1991
年以后开展了电磁调速电机和双速电机、复动轮式冲程抽油机、空心抽油杆和玻璃
钢抽油杆、电热杆等一系列机械采油新工艺。同时加强了机械采油的科学管理，推
广应用了有杆泵和电潜泵工况管理技术，全油田抽油井工况上图率达80％，合格率
60％以上，油井利用率94％，油井时率92％，抽油井检泵周期387天，电泵井检泵
周期358天，机械采油的配套手段与水平有了明显提高。
