　　1993年6月，胜利油田东胜精攻石油开发有限公司成立。此后，胜利石油管理
局部分采油厂和地方有关单位合资组建了三合、大明、凯源、金角、滨利、恒发、
鲁胜、胜荣、胜兴、胜临、信远、兴东等石油开发公司。这些油公司主要是开发难
动用储量，管理着东风港、套尔河、潍北油田和部分油田边远地区的分散油井。
1995年12月，共有油井365口，平均日产油量1730吨；注水井13口，平均日注水量
320立方米。1995年生产原油54.18万吨。
