　　海洋石油开发公司于1994年5月成立，是胜利油田从事海上油田开发的专业化
公司。1995年底，公司设三级单位11个，有职工764人，固定资产原值13.20亿元，
年原油生产能力65万吨。公司机关驻东营市河口区仙河镇。
　　该公司负责山东北部渤海湾极浅海油田的勘探开发。管理埕岛油田。1995年底，
拥有海上采油平台17座、海底管线3条、装卸码头1座、油气集输泵站1座、接转站3
座、各类机动设备203台(套)，管理着51口油井(自喷井23口、机械采油井28口)、1
口注水井。1995年12月，该公司平均日产油量2255吨；综合含水37.2％。1995年生
产原油54.10万吨，累计产油95.46万吨。
