　　胜利油田的电力来源，以山东电网供电(又称外购电)为主，自发电为辅。油田
根据生产建设的需要，与省电力部门协商，确定每年供电指标，同时从1983年开始
由油田提供一定数量的平价原油来换电。1965～1990年，油田外购电量及油换电量
占总供电量的90％以上。进入90年代，胜利油田的主力油区已进入高含水、高耗能
阶段，加上多种经营的发展，油田电网最高用电负荷和用电量平均每年以7％左右
速度递增。根据生产建设的需要，油田进一步加强了电力工程建设。
