　　油田地面建设工程设计，主要是根据油田总体开发方案、设计任务书、资源报
告、地质资料等，确定生产建设规划，并按照“全面规划，统筹安排，分期施工，
配套建成”的原则，对油田建设进行总体布局和规划设计。30年来，胜利油田广大
设计科技人员，完成了59个油田的规划设计任务，进行了120个科研课题研究，有
47项科技成果获国家级或省部级奖。
