　　1985年以前，胜利油田没有专业极浅海固井队伍。1986年4月组建极浅海固井
专业队，职工120人，有4辆815散装灰罐车。1988年底，胜利油田对102固井驳船和
各钻井平台固井设备进行了改造，使各钻井平台都具备了相应的固井能力。到1995
年底，极浅海固井队伍已拥有5套平台固井设备、1艘固井工程船、6辆815散装灰罐
车、1辆空压机车，能进行各种套管、尾管及各种井型的固井作业施工。
