克服资金、技术和人员缺乏等困难，艰苦创业，1975～1995年在胜利油区极浅海海
域钻井111口，进尺247620米，创出一套具有胜利油田特色的极浅海钻井技术，找
到了一个海上大油田埕岛油田。
