　　1983年11月21日，中共山东省委组织部、企业政治部、省经委、省编委联合通
知：“保留各县(市)药材公司，为县科局级企业单位”。“人财物、产供销”由地
市医药公司垂直领导，党群及思想政治工作归口县经委。县公司既是商品经营单位，
又负责医药行业管理。1987年起，绝大多数县药材公司相继更名为县医药公司。
