　　回收矿柱和残矿是减少矿石损失的重要措施。据全省统计，1985-1987年，矿
柱和残矿采矿量大约各占总采矿量的15％左右。
　　80年代以后，各矿山注意解决矿柱利用问题，首先是合理选择采矿方法，确定
合理的矿房矿柱尺寸；二是对矿柱回采采取了相应措施。矿柱及残矿的回收，不仅
有效地利用了黄金地质资源，而且对黄金稳产增产也发挥了作用。
