    70年代前，黄金矿山文化娱乐生活条件较差。70年代末，黄金矿山都有体育场、
职工俱乐部或礼堂，有的矿山还建有灯光球场、足球场，丰富了职工生活。
    80年代以后，一些矿山建起了游艺室、图书室，供职工8小时以外娱乐。 1984
年，招远金矿建立了玲珑美术博物馆。为收看更多的电视节目，许多矿山建立了卫
星电视转播台或闭路电视天线，提高了收视率。
