    60年代初期，全省直属黄金企业有职工1500多人，其中工程技术人员50人左右。
随着一大批省属和地方黄金企业的恢复和建设，职工人数不断增加，队伍素质也明
显提高，到1987年底，全省黄金系统有职工30326人， 其中省直属黄金企事业单位
10169人，地方黄金企业20157人。
