    1979年前，全省多数黄金企业制定的物资计划盲目性较大。1980年，各黄金企
业根据定额，本着合理储备、减少积压、加速周转的原则编制物资计划，各单位又
先后修订完善了物资消耗定额，重新核实了储备定额，管理水平逐渐提高。如招远
金矿物资计划的准确率1984年达87％，1985年达到92％，1986年上半年达到95％。
