        〖生产〗〖管理〗〖概况〗
    70年代以前，山东黄金生产实行粗放型管理。进入80年代，逐步向现代科学管
理迈进。1986年，招远、新城、罗山、河东、蚕庄等金矿被评为山东省先进企业。
1987年，又有栖霞县金矿、金翅岭金矿、望儿山金矿、乳山县金矿和招远县黄金机
械总厂等企业跨入省级先进企业行列，招远、河东、蚕庄三矿被评为国家二级企业。
    管理工作的不断完善，使经济效益不断增长，山东黄金产量连续15年居全国产
金省的首位。
