    70年代省黄金公司成立初期，教育管理机构尚不健全。1984年6月， 省黄金公
司设立了劳资教育处，各市、县黄金公司有的专设了教育职能部门，有的由专人分
管，职工教育工作逐步走上正规化、制度化。
    到1987年，全省黄金系统共有职工教育管理干部83人，其中直属黄金企业37人，
地方黄金企业46人，专职兼职教师160人。
