　　为尽快提高冶金系统干部队伍的素质，山东冶金总公司于1983年在山东冶金工
业学院开设干部专修科，企业管理专业，学制为2年，主要招收系统内高中文化程
度、5年以上工龄、40岁以下的在职在编干部。连续3年招生，每年1个班。到1987
年送走最后一届学员，共培养大专毕业生94人。
