　　为满足配件生产的要求，山东省冶金工业总公司所属较大的企业机修和专业机
修厂，都配备了箱式电阻炉、井式电阻炉、气体渗碳炉等热处理加热设备和其它相
应的设备，能够进行碳素钢、合金钢的各种热处理。山东冶金机械厂1983年建成的
直径1.6×5.5米400千瓦的井式电阻炉可进行直径1000毫米、长5000毫米的轴类零
件以及中型轧机齿轮轴和矿山机械大型轴类零件的热处理。
