    位于沂蒙山区，建于1967年，隶属于山东省国防科技工业办公室，是兵器系统
山东省地方国营中型军工企业，拥有各种设备800余台。1973年增建精密设备维修
站，1975年增建汽车大修车间，1977年增建“54”式手枪生产线，主要技术储备为
手枪。1979年后，省国防科工办安排该厂生产缝纫机零件，与山东第一机械修配厂
配套协作。1980～1983年，共生产缝纫机零件9种3779931件、缝纫机铸件26种1528.
2吨。1984年开始生产ZL-40装载机驱动桥，当年产出36台，1985年达到150台。
1976～1984年共大修设备140台。
