　　其主要特点是：出口生产企业增加，创汇能力提高，产品出口渠道扩大，但企
业规模较小、区域分散、出口产品档次较低的问题依然较为突出，整个时期呈徘徊
曲折发展态势。
　　(一)出口创汇曲折上升。1980年至1985年，受当时整个乡镇企业发展大环境的
影响，全省乡镇企业出口交货值年均增长只有6.32%，低于全省外贸收购额年均增
长速度5个百分点。其中1983、1984两年出现负增长。
