　　1931年由山东省立模范窑业厂始产。新中国成立后，1958年由淄博市硅酸盐研
究所研制成功，随后部分陶瓷厂投入生产。主要品种有坩埚、燃烧舟、燃烧管、研
钵、漏斗、过滤板、球磨坛、陶瓷微珠等。品种规格较多，一般系按用户要求订做。
产品大多施釉。用注浆法或可塑法成型，一般采用注浆法。坯釉一次烧成，烧成温
度高于一般硬质瓷。
　　1993年，主要生产厂有山东省硅酸盐研究设计院、张店陶瓷厂、淄博瓷厂及博
山低压电瓷厂、化工陶瓷厂等。
