    省公司对各级卷烟配方有统一规定。自1980年后，因市场变化较快，为适应消
费者要求，各厂工艺人员根据原料供应情况，积极选用那些既能保证卷烟质量，又
能降低成本，而且资源丰富，符合工艺要求的原料。
    配方原料供应不足，需作重大变动时，经配方管理小组共同研究确定配方，然
后进行小样试验，样品制成后，由技术部门召集评吸小组人员进行评吸鉴定，意见
取得一致后，报请厂长批准，转入正式生产。
