    五六十年代，卷烟技术管理业务均由生产部门管理，从70年代后期起，各卷烟
厂都陆续建立了技术科，从事技术管理和新产品研制工作。
    从烟叶原料到卷烟产品、各加工环节，都经历了手工加工到机械操作的过程，
为使生产工艺规范化，不断地进行整顿，逐步统一了全行业工艺管理。
