    随着临沂地区烤烟种植发展，1977年6月开始建设沂水烟叶复烤厂。10月，1台
烤机简易投产。以后逐步填平补齐，又安装第二部烤烟机，扩大货场，形成年烤烟
能力4万吨，固定资产422万元。工厂占地20.55万平方米，房屋建筑面积为3.6万平
方米。1985年末，全厂有职工275人，其中固定工147人，全年平均职工人数777人。
全年烤烟24760吨，实现利税30万元。1990年，全厂职工286人，固定资产708万元，
烤烟1.5万吨，产值3700万元，实现利税439万元。
