　　是一种杂食性的害虫，50～70年代未发现对烟草的危害。80年代山东部分地区
有所发现，严重者如临朐县辛寨公社东圈大队及泥沟大队烟田被害株率一般达30％。
安丘县吾阝山乡7000亩烤烟不同程度地遭受拟地甲虫危害，一般缺苗15～20％，
重者36％，个别地块达56％。防治使用的主要药液有，Sn-851、400～450倍液，50
％辛硫磷乳油400～450倍液，敌敌畏600倍液。上述三种药，后两种效果最好。浇
灌药液的烟株周围，必须用土覆盖，以防药液暴晒失效。
