    1988年3月，经中国烟草总公司批准，成立山东烟草技工学校，下设三个分校。
在校学生规模为：青岛卷烟厂分校240人，临沂分公司分校120人，潍坊烤烟厂分校
120人。分别培养卷烟生产、烟叶生产和烟叶复烤方面的技术工人。 利用各单位现
有设施，不新建校舍。
