    山东省卷烟包装内衬铝箔纸，长期依靠进口和省外调拨。1974年，青州卷烟厂
开始研制真空镀铝纸。以叶家裕、沙心为、张善中、孟庆和等人组成科研小组，经
过两年多的时间，研制成功真空镀铝纸。1977 年在南京上机试验， 通过了鉴定。
1978年又将原来的两次涂布工艺，简化为一次涂布工艺，每吨成本由1万元降到7千
元。真空镀铝纸的包装性能好，光泽性能比进口全裱铝纸高50％，比压延工艺生产
的铝纸可节约铝材94％。这一成果填补了国内一项空白，1979年获国家发明三等奖。
