    建国前，制烟丝采用作坊式的手工操作。建国后，制烟丝工艺逐步改进。50年
代至60年代初，虽仍是手工抽梗，但将烟叶抽梗前的两次蒸烟配叶加潮合并为真空
回潮。60年代开始使用打叶机与抽梗机并用，大大提高了劳动生产率。70年代实现
了打叶工艺，切丝由铡刀改为旋刀，继而又改为滚刀；烟丝箱改成储丝柜、运输从
人工推车改为皮带运输和风力送丝，进一步提高了劳动生产率，也改善了劳动条件。
80年代，开始引进烟丝、梗丝澎涨技术，全省10个卷烟厂的制丝生产，都实现了机
械化、连续化。
