　　牛皮纸、包装纸、纸箱，是卷烟必需的包装用品。各卷烟厂向各地市造纸公司
申请，由地方造纸厂、纸箱厂生产供应。1985年，全省消耗牛皮纸、包装纸、纸箱
等1.5万吨。
　　为了提高高档卷烟观感和防潮能力，“七五”期间更多的加用透明纸包装，
1990年共消耗透明纸400吨。
