　　1973年起，掖县西由公社王贾大队、省蚕业研究所曾先后试验全叶1～4龄少回
育及全龄少回育，即一昼夜喂两次桑。1974～1975年在26个县和18个蚕种场的中间
试验，证实少回育省工省桑，能提高担桑产茧量。此后，许多单位又相继提出少回
定量育的给桑标准。此法影响单张蚕种产茧量，采用者日趋减少。
