　　1954年开始推广盐酸人工孵化法。60年代，烟台桑蚕原种场在做好盐酸生物鉴
定和品种浸酸标准试验的基础上，采取淡赤色（卵色）冷藏和适当增加盐酸刺激量
等措施，提高短期冷藏浸酸种的孵化率。70年代后采用浸酸后低温抑制技术，以调
节发种日期。
