　　位于临清市先锋路67号，系全民所有制中型企业。原为青岛国棉三厂于1967年
建立的分厂。始建规模为4.2万枚棉纺锭、1300台布机，1969年5月建成投产。
　　1988年末，全厂职工7210人，固定资产原值5388万元，工业总产值12860万元，
实现利税2331万元。拥有纺锭80856枚，布栅1780台(内宽幅布机794台)。全年产纱
12606吨，其中纯棉纱占66％，产布4965万米，其中纯棉布占37％，棉纱出口1081
吨。纱有30余个品种，布有14个品种。其中“玉盾”牌18×2/19.5(60/2×30)涤棉
精梳卡其1985年获国家银质奖，“宇航”牌23×21平布被评为名牌产品。
　　1988年被省政府命名为省级先进企业，是山东全能纺织企业中产值超亿元、创
利润超千万元的企业之一。
