　　工程设计是基本建设和老厂技术改造的重要组成部分和首要任务。建国初期，
山东纺织工业虽是全国三大纺织基地之一，但纺织工程设计部门还是空白。1963年，
山东省纺织工业管理局基建设计室正式成立，山东始有自己的纺织设计机构。25年
来逐步建成了一支专业齐全的纺织工程设计队伍，为发展山东纺织工业做出了贡献。
