　　1979年6月，青岛第一针织厂与日本伊藤万株式会社签订第一个补偿贸易合同，
这是山东纺织工业最早利用外资的项目。1981年3月，济南针织厂与日本三井郡是
株式会社签订了补偿贸易合同，所生产的纯棉精梳弹力衫裤返销日本受到欢迎。之
后，补偿贸易迅速发展，包括针织、色织、化纤、毛纺、气流纺等多达37项，共吸
收外资5870.72万美元。
